All extra beds are subject to availability. The minimum check-in age is 18 years.
In the unlikely event that Sebastian Villas must cancel a confirmed reservation, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid within 5 business days. We will also do our best to help you find alternative accommodation.
Neither party shall be held liable for cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, pandemics, or acts of war. In such cases we will work with guests to find a fair solution, which may include rescheduling or a partial refund.
