We do not charge a deposit upfront, but please be aware that if damage is caused to the property during your stay, you may be asked to pay up to €300 after check-out, in accordance with our Damage Policy.

To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference number:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is accepted). The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request.
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before your original check-in date. If the new dates fall in a higher pricing period, the difference will be charged. If they fall in a lower period, the difference will be refunded. Please contact us directly to discuss any changes.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid within 5 business days. We will also make every effort to help you find alternative accommodation.
